Stephen W. Bialkowski is the managing partner of Bialkowski Law, LLC, with over three decades of experience in construction, real estate, development, and business law. His deep understanding of the construction industry stems from hands-on involvement in his family’s general contracting business before pursuing a legal career.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, Stephen built his expertise at prestigious New York and New Jersey law firms, handling high-profile cases nationwide. Today, he represents a diverse client base, including owners, contractors, developers, trade contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and business professionals.
Recognized for his excellence, Stephen has earned the Super Lawyer designation, an honor reserved for fewer than 5% of attorneys in each state. He is also a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, an invitation-only organization limited to 1,200 elite construction lawyers globally.
Beyond his practice, Stephen serves as General Counsel to the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey and is a sought-after speaker at Bar Association events. He has been teaching construction law courses at NYU and Fordham University since 1993 where he is shaping the next generation of legal and industry professionals.
