Biography

Madison Bialkowski is a Partner at Bialkowski Law, where she focuses on environmental, construction, real estate, development, and business law. Her diverse legal background includes experience in government, nonprofit, and the private sector.


Madison graduated cum laude from Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law, earning both a Juris Doctor and an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law. At Pace Law, she was deeply engaged in environmental legal work, serving as a law student intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and an extern at Beattie Padovano, LLC. She also worked with the New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s legal team.


As a leader in environmental law academia, Madison held key roles in student organizations, serving as Vice Chair of the Rules Committee for the prestigious Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition and as Productions Editor for the Pace International Law Review, where she refined her expertise in legal writing and citations.


Prior to joining Bialkowski Law, Madison clerked for the Honorable Michael N. Beukas, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Bergen County Superior Court of New Jersey, further strengthening her litigation skills. Her unique blend of environmental, land use, and corporate law experience allows her to provide strategic legal guidance to clients navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
