Alexandra Litvin is Of Counsel to Bialkowski Law, LLC, bringing over a decade of experience in construction and development law, corporate law, legal compliance, debt collection, and both litigation and mediation.
Since 2020, Alexandra has served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for PureTek Group, advising senior management on all legal matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, and handles all aspects of corporate governance and compliance. She also teaches negotiation as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University.
Her legal career includes running her own firm, the Law Office of Alexandra Wolfe Litvin, LLC, from 2012 to 2019, where she advised clients on business and construction law matters. Previously, she worked as Compliance Officer & General Counsel at Wolfe & Hurst Bond Brokers Inc. and clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Alexandra’s dedication to justice extends beyond her professional practice—she has been a Pro Bono Attorney for Volunteer Lawyers for Justice since 2008, offering pro bono legal assistance to underserved communities.
